Step 1
Place your left foot on a sheet of paper and carefully trace its outline with a pen or pencil. Repeat the process with your right foot.
Step 2
Using a measuring tape, measure the instep (around the arch of the foot) and the circumference just behind the toes at the widest part.

Remove your foot from the paper and measure the total length from heel to toe using the outline you have drawn.
